| Accommodation Booking Terms & Conditions |
| Kuoni Destination Management cannot guarantee the availability of rooms and / or special rates after 20th August 2011. The same will be subject to availability thereafter. It is advisable to book your room(s) well in advance, to avoid a waitlist status and disappointment later. |
- Rooms will be assigned on a "first come first served basis".
- All hotels listed are official Conference hotels and rates are in INR (Indian Rupee), based on per room per night basis. Please note that the conversion is only indicative, the INR prices being the only guaranteed prices.
- Payment can be made online via VISA/Master credit card OR via bank transfer.
- Rooms may be subject to availability at the time of booking request. Confirmation will be given only on receiving the advance payment.
- The online booking page allows you to book one room per attempt. Please email us at wmc2011@in.kuoni.com for booking more than one room.

- Special rates are applicable for the period 09 October – 13 October 2011 only.
- All bookings to be routed through the conference managers, Kuoni Destination Management India, who will revert to you within 48 hours with a status of requested services.

| Payment Terms: |
- Full payment is required to be made to Kuoni Destination Management for securing room bookings, either at the time of making the reservation or at least 45 days prior to check-in.
- After receipt of your deposit, you will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel.
- Incidental expenses must be settled directly with the hotels prior check-out.
- Requests reaching us without deposit will not be considered.

| Changes: |
| Hotel reservation changes must be directed to Kuoni Destination Management in written. Room night reductions of existing reservations are subject to the cancellation conditions described above. The number of nights booked serves as a basis for your hotel invoice. |
| All necessary refunds will be made after the congress. |
